Fix My Tech dealt with my difficulties in a supportive and timely manner. My HP Laptop required a new screen and a major system cleanup. Whilst he had the machine Fix My Tech upgraded Windows and all Outlook components with the result that I have a much more tidy and current system. He also provided some hands on training/orientation. I came across Fix My Tech online and decided to reach out to this local business when my father spilled wine on his laptop, rendering it unresponsive. Andy responded promptly to my initial email enquiry and was able to identify and fix the issues on the same day! His communication skills were exceptional, the quality of his work was top-notch, and his prices were reasonable.
