    Jane manager was uncaring rubbish and deffinetly in the wrong job! Lovely home when Gary a genuine caring owner had it before. Just been told Jane's been sacked so hopefully holywell's standards will come back to the wonderful and caring standard it had when Gary owned it. Sad it lost so many good staff when Jane took over!

    We found the manger and her staff were very help full and kind just did no get on with one nurse she was to layed back just did not seem to like her job

    Very little communication with staff. Just received a bill for my relative's final few days of care before she died. Just the bill and nothing more, insensitive at best and crass at worst at a time when I am grieving the loss of my loved one. Can, and should, do better.
