    Took over a week to dispatch goods after I called to chase, was told its slow due to volume of orders, then when order arrived its missing items I have emailed and left message via website and no reply I have tried calling and phone is not being answered it's nearly 2 weeks after delivery and still no reply

    I Just bought a starter kit from Art2silkscreen. I have been researching for a while and chose this company as their kits seemed to fit my needs best. The delivery was problem free and everything came perfectly packaged. I was worried about damage to the bulb or the screens but I shouldn't have been. I am not one to start off at beginner level I like to test how good things really are so I followed the instructions carefully and exposed my first stencil last night. It was a very detailed design and I did at every point think to myself.... I might have pushed it a bit but the exposure turned out brilliant. I haven't printed with it yet but if it turns out as nicely as the exposure then I am convinced I chose the right kit to start with. Customer service has been brilliant also with quick responses to my multiple questions. Even at the weekend. Well done.

    Imposible to get hold of. Expect nasty and insulting Instagram replies. Called and emailed for a month. Managed to speak briefly to someone on Instagram who was just pretty rude and unhelpful. Actually just ignored me after a few unhelpful replies trailing into a one word reply then nothing after 3 weeks until I received a very surly response to this review with still no help. Ive been wanting to place orders and get replacement parts for their equipment but the attitude here stinks . Sure Ill get another sarky reply on this too. Weird threat but post whatever you like. Dont worry I wont be posting the disgusting reply you sent my on Instagram.

    Worst customer service I have ever received. The courier they used delivered my parcel to the wrong address. Art2silkscreen assured me they were in contact with the courier and they were attempting to retrieve the parcel. When I called them a second time there was no note of this on my file. I later called the courier (DHL) and they also informed me they had not had any contact from art2silkscreen. Although they did not lose my parcel personally, their dishonesty and lack of help in sorting the mistake out has left me rather dissasstisfied as a customer.
