        Don't order men's socks or expect customer service from this company. I ordered 3 pairs of personalised socks and the 2 ladies' pairs were lovely thankyou. However, the men's pair, which were supposed to be size 7-11 were much too small for any man - same size as the ladies. I queried this on the telephone and was given the excuse that maybe they'd shrunk in the post embroidery steaming....but the ladies ones didn't, and also that's really not good enough is it? You pay a hefty premium to have these embroidered. I then emailed the company on 12th Dec about this and they say they'll respond in 24 hours, well I'm still waiting 16 days later.
