Zero Dry Time Melton Mowbray

Updated review March 2023 (second time Ian came) : This was the second time I have used Ians services. Contacted him on Sunday by email to enquire about carpet cleaning, as my cream bedroom carpet needed a good clean and I had dropped brown eyeshadow onto it, which I tried cleaning myself but made it much worse. He came on Tuesday afternoon and did an exceptional job. I cannot believe how clean the carpet has come up and removed the makeup stains completely. Thank you! Definitely will be using him again. (First time Ian came) Really great service, my dog urinated on my sofa, emailed Ian in the morning he came out the same day and deep cleaned it. He explained the entire process. Did a brilliant job. Everyone has their own experience. The clean itself was great, can't fault it. My issues were 1, it took 3 days for our sofa to dry out and 2 days for the carpet, which isn't quite zero dry time, although he had a portable heater on in the living room to try and dry it all off faster. (Would of been nice to be asked also if he could use a portable heater and drain our electric as well). Issue 2, he came bang on time however using the 3 words 'sofa and carpet ' at the door didn't quite fill me with confidence that this was someone I could trust. A simple 'Hi I'm Ian from zero dry time, I'm here to clean your sofa and carpets' would of been great. (Only figured out he was Ian based on his named t shirt. I would recommend in terms of the standard but my personal experience was poor and definitely NOT zero dry time, which was disappointing. It was hard work trying to explain to two small children that we have to sit on our kitchen chairs for a couple of days and wear slippers because otherwise your socks would be wet. Also I felt a little under pressure to sign the form at the end saying I was happy with the work. 2 mins after he finished. Like I say each person has their own experience and the work was great. But overall I'd say it was poor experience and unfortunately I wont be using him again. Services: General carpet cleaning, Upholstery cleaning
