This company is fraudulent and sent me the wrong item and now refusing to respond to emails. No refund given and being totally ignored now. They have a problem coming there way as I have not rested my Case.

Since I discovered Skinora, I only follow Dr. Annas advice and is so visible, no more acne, the scars are mostly all gone and my skin loves it. I really love the products, friendliness and the fact that the doctors are very knowledgeable, always share how to use each product and really deepened my knowledge about skincare and good practices. Their attention to detail, promptness and availability is also what I am very keen on. Even when I was not in the country and couldt order from Skinora, Dr. Anna still treated me with the same care, time and patience as if I would have placed an order. I can highly recommend Skinora and Dr Lucinda . You do not feel pressured to buy anything and the recommendations which are made have alternatives to suit your budget. Dr Lucinda listened to my concerns, and the products I am now using have made a marked improvement. The follow up consultations are so helpful and I look forward to my journey with Skinora in the months ahead.

Ive recently started roaccutane and had little to no guidance with useful products to use for the dry and sensitiveness so i was left clueless, using products i thought may work however i feel made it worse. i then did some research and accidentally came across skinora, i saw the skin consultation option and immediately booked it, i had dr lucinda and explained my situation and i cant even describe how happy i am! she listened to my needs and then put together a personal skin care routine and recommended loads of different products and different options. my box came within 2 days of ordering and my skin feels better already, my skin was extremely sensitive and dry to the point it was flaking and its already better within 2 days, and ive had many people tell me how healthy and fresh my skin looks even though im still on my first month of roaccutane. My box arrived perfectly with my hand written AM and PM skin routine, how to use each product, and a thankyou note. I couldnt recommend skinora and so glad i found them!
