From the moment we spoke on the phone, I felt confident about the service I will receive. Open and honest, Kris kindly offered me an appointment the next Monday, with one hour arrival window., which was then confirmed by email. Next Monday, the engineer turned up well in time and did a great job replacing the old hob. From all aspects, quality, time, and attention to detail.
