Arrogant, small man syndrome,
Refuses to take parcels after 12pm even though on "My Hermes" website it says until 8pm. He started arguing with me about space in his shop and his superior business knowledge in front of customers, very unpleasant and embarrassing, sad he does not know anything about the lifetime value of a customer.(CLV). Will not be going there again and I hope you don't too.
