So unhelpful and rude, I asked for an emergency prescription for my pill and when the lady who spoke to me went to the back to explain to the pharmacist her response was 'oh that's nice' - as if to say 'not my problem'

Always polite, helpful and informative. Yes, we need to queue. Comes of not being the only person needing to use the service. Its my pharmacy of choice.

I've just arranged for my future prescriptions to be sent to a different pharmacy. I work in Arundel so thought it would be easier to be able to pop in on the way to work or during a lunch break. Every time I have a prescription to collect I have to go 2 or 3 times as they are never open. Last time I arrived a woman stood in the door and watched me walk up to the pharmacy and then said "we're closed for 2 hours" before shutting the door and locking me out. I always check their opening times online before going but they seem to have no correlation to what they actually do. There's often a queue of bewildered people outside not knowing whether to wait as there's no sign on the door to provide information or help. The last straw is that my partner went out of his way to collect my prescription this week (3rd attempt for this one). When he arrived there was a sign on the door saying they are now closed for 4 days. That's it, no other information. I am now unable to collect my prescription and as it's not critical I can't get an urgent script from the doctor. I just have to be in pain for the next 4 days. I appreciate times are hard but there is absolutely no effort to help people or provide information. We're all just left in the dark and without important medication. Appalling.
