Went in to have the alternator belt changed The guy said it would take a couple days which is fine. I then called for an update and I was lied to and told it hadnt been done yet, and that I cant pick it up. Due to having livestock under my care I decided to come and pick the car up myself so I could change it somewhere else. I was told it was fitted, but they hadnt cleaned the pulleys (something which is not urgent) I said no worries and Id book it in for the pulleys cleaning when I can spare my car. Went to collect it and paid, I was greeted very rudely, treated horribly, the man was very grumpy and clearly not happy Id chosen to pick it up early. I didnt think much of this and took my car home after paying. It triggered on my insurance that the black box was not working and I booked for a repair man to come out.When he arrived it has been discovered that the wiring to my black box has been deliberately cut. Unfortunately Im assuming this was out of spite, as they are the only people to have been under my bonnet, and there would have been no reason to be on that side of the car when fixing the belt. Ive always heard good things about here and was recommended by a friend. But unfortunately I cant share the same experience. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Wheel almost fell off! Went in on holiday for new breaks, managed to get it done the next day which was great. Only thing is they hadn't done up my wheel nuts properly so started hearing strange nose, went to another garage and 2 nuts fell into there hands on taking the cap off. Hopefully just a mistake
