We would personally recommend this company for any building work requirements, the customer care starts from the moment they pick up the phone, right till the end of the project. Nearly 2 years into a 4 month contract and still not finished. Lots of abortive work, some bad weather and use of sacked sub contractors helped delays. Loads of promises to be here on certain days and no shows. All documented in a load of email. We were too patient and trusting of the company. Should have undertaken more checks on previous history. We refused to make further payments and have taken back control of work. Follow old adage : only pay for work done
