Very impressed with the team at Haynes and Scott. Had to have repairs done on the property I rent and they were fast and efficient. They had a look at the problem at 4pm Monday after being contacted Monday morning and had submitted the detailed quote to the letting agents by 9am Tuesday. Then when it came to the works themselves they had everything completed and finished professionally within a few days which was very impressive considering the scale of the work needed. We are very happy with Haynes and Scott Developments and the quality of work they have done for us. We had a problem with our bathroom. 5 hole bath shower mixer tap was leaking and there was no access to fix/replace it. We have asked Haynes and Scott to replace the whole bath and bath tap and install a new one from the scratch. They went on site, used their own initiative and come up with better and more cost effective solution. They replaced broken tap valves and they have installed bath masking panel for future inspections. Also they installed new shower riser and shower head. Despite us being overseas landlords, Haynes and Scott have provide us with very competitive quote, arrange for property access, found better solution to the original ones, have complete all works on time, and returned overpaid means.
