I first visited Vicky in 2011 due to a back injury I suffered whilst training for a cross country ski race in Greenland. Vicky's knowledge of sports injuries and her expertise in deep tissue massage was evident from the first treatment and she supported my recovery until I was able to take part in the ski race. Without her help I would not have successfully completed what was a very difficult physical challenge. After the Arctic Circle race I was quite broken and again needed Vicky's help. I have been having regular massage ever since and have hardly had any injuries. I would recommend Vicky to anyone who needs help with sports related injury issues or injury prevention. She is highly qualified and professional with excellent facilitates close to Longtown.

I have been going to Vicky for regular treatments now for a few years. Working in the fitness industry leaves my muscles in shreds and needing lots of work. I could never find the right therapist that had the knowledge and treatment range I required. Then I was recommended to try Vicky and she is amazing. I've tried deep tissue massage, thai massage and she has even taken me through 2 pregnancies. I would highly recommend any of these treatments. She can easily adapt them to suit your body's needs and has the experience to help in rehabilitation of injuries. And further more... She is constantly gaining new experience through the completion of new courses/treatments so is always up to date within the industry. I also recommend her to any of my PT clients that ask if I know a decent therapist.
