Usually fine. But today my box arrived and the driver tried to pass it to me as if he hadnt noticed. Three of the small boxes inside were clearly missing. He tried to get me to raise this with the supplier, but I said it was a delivery problem and rejected the delivery. He said he couldnt record the Reason on his system and would raise it when he returned to the depot. He also blamed the nature of the box (which Ive received without damage on other occasions). It had clearly been opened by someone in the journey from the supplier to me. What should have happened? Will the Reason be recorded? What will happen next? Who knows. Poor.
