Come here regularly with my grandkids and the food is normally good, it is when it's hot! Today I ordered a chicken wrap and some fries, went to sit outside and kept my eye out for them bringing the food out, it never appeared. Eventually went in to ask if they'd forgotten and it was sat on the side in the kitchen, I heard the chef say no-one came to take it out. I immediately said I don't want it if it's cold. The girl disappeared into the kitchen, came out and basically shoved the plate in my face and said they'd brought it out and nobody claimed it! Absolute rubbish, it had clearly been sat in the kitchen going cold, not impressed with the service, the girl's attitude or the fact she lied about someone bringing it out!!
