        Popped in for a loo break, was going to have a pint before being shouted "you're welcome" in a sarcastic tone by the barmaid and guy behind the Hotel desk. Didn't realise I needed to thank someone for using toilet facilities that to be honest, weren't all that anyway. Won't be returning. Absolute joke and staff clearly need some Customer Service training. If you don't want people using toilet facilities unless they purchase something first then make it known!!!

        This is a review as a pub. It's a thwaites pub bit they did have other beers on. The landlord was a friendly guy who interacted with everyone. Friendly staff. The interior looked like it once had some amazing original features but someone had "modernised" it by making everything white and grey with fake brick wallpaper. We didn't try the food. Overall not a bad atmosphere. Just one gripe. The price of drinks was pretty steep.
