Redcliffe Farm Campsite

We had 2 weeks here in August. The track in was abit dusty becuase they had had no rain for several weeks and the grass was looking abit parched This site as excellent, firstly the location is great by the river and short walk to Wareham for pubs and shops. Good spot to explore the area 1/2 hour drive to Swanage with its great beaches. Short drive to Corfe Castle ( for steam train ) also close to Tank Museum and Poole. The pitches are good size with easy access, simple clean toilet block and showers. The site great if you have a boat or paddle board, canoe etc as it has its own slipway and is on the river. Family friendly and was quiet while we were there NO trouble with parties and NO disturbance from youngsters Good sized dog walking field where we saw deer and barn owls The owners were friendly and helpful when we got held up and arrived late We will be back next year many thanks the Hepworth Family

We stayed for 12 nights when camping opened up after lockdown and had a marvelous time. Loved it so much, we booked seasonal pitch since then. The site is really peaceful and friendly, with excellent access to the Frome river for kayaking and Paddleboarding. Every time we get there, it's like coming home. Slipway also accommodates larger boats. And all only 15 minute walk along the river to Wareham.
