Do not buy from them! Poor quality goods and even poorer service. Received a new toilet with a broken seat (hinge split at pre drilled point). Many emails, mostly ignored, lengthy phone call with assurances made, and 2 months later I receive a new seat. The wrong one for my toilet!!!!! Please avoid them and avoid the stress. In the opinion of a family with no toilet seat and 300 worse off!!
