I have been seeing Sandie for about 10 years now. I mainly go to Welcome Health for a full body aromatherapy massage and reiki. I dont think Ive ever felt as relaxed and pampered as I do in Sandies presence, it really is like being looked after by an old friend. From time to time I see Sandie for therapeutic purposes and she is fantastic at sorting out painful knots in my back and occasional niggly back pain. She uses a range of techniques such as cupping, spinal alignment, Emmett technique and more. I would also recommend Welcome Healths range of homemade, organic and natural products such as Muscle Magic and wax melts to name but a few. Mark and Sandie are both extremely well trained and professional and I look forward to seeing what they bring to their growing range of services in the future.

Excellent assessment and associated treatment every time I visit. I do lots of driving and sports, Mark is always happy to help get me through my next event or make me more comfortable in my working day. Top job.

Sandie helped me so much prior to lockdown after I damaged my piriformis muscle. She always put me at ease and I usually fell asleep! Very professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of the body,nutrition and general well being. Can't wait to go back!
