Mercia Design & Build went the extra mile from the get-go and exceeded all of our expectations. Mark the director was exceptionally attentive to detail and despite the turbulence Covid-19 pandemic created he always ensured our extension was progressing. He has an excellent team who are self-sufficient, reliable & a credit to their craft. The company has an extended network of other trades who it can rely on. Mark gave us the same attention as he would any other build despite being relatively small. His knowledge of all aspects of the trade helped with some of the design challenges and was creative in some of the solutions. I have no hesitation in recommending Mercia Design & Build.
