We were staying locally in an Airbnb, so we decided to try this place for lunch. We then went back for dinner and again the following evening. Everything was great. We were a group of six, and we all had different meals. They were all tasty and well cooked. Great drinks selection at the bar, and the staff were all welcoming and friendly. Although it was too cold to sit outside, there was a really nice space with tables and benches, so I'm sure it would be amazing once the weather warms up. The landlord even came to the rescue when we needed a bandage for one of our dogs. (He had recently been to the vet and decided to chew at his stitches) Such a lovely country pub.
