All Bits Wooden

Took weeks and weeks and threats of small claims court before my item actually found its way to my house, personally delivered. Communication was really poor throughout, to the point that I thought Id been scammed. When he bought the item, it clearly didnt fit over the pipes on the one side. He said he was back in the area that Thursday and would pop in first thing to shave a bit of wood off and correct the sizing error. He never turned up and didnt respond to my messages. This was weeks ago. Still no response. Although the item looks nice, its not finished to a very high standard at all - there are gaps at some of the joins, the drawers are different sizes and it is not painted on the underside. I give up. Wont be ordering from him again, far too much hassle and stress! Its a shame because I really wanted to support a small business. Service: Custom furniture

I ordered two custom radiator covers from Paul. When they arrived I discovered they were quite a bit bigger than the measurements I had sent him and thus didnt fit the space they were for. I contacted Paul shortly after hed delivered them to try to find a workable solution to rectify the problem but he is no longer communicating with me. With no reassuring activity from Paul Im starting proceedings via the small claims court to claim back the cost. Im now having them remade with another company. Service: Custom furniture
