Ordered 15 wheelie bins which is apparently 3.69 cubic metres didn't even fill our 2.8 cubic meter log shed, apparently the log measurement is unstacked logs when I called, so lost over a cubic metre to air. I understand it might have been a little off but I didn't expect to loose a quarter of my load to air. Think I will shop about more next time. Shame as I can't fault them on anything else. But I don't want to pay 200 for a cubic metre of air to come with the logs.

This wood is so cool sorry great, however it would be handy if you bought some more wood from b & m to start your fire. There are plenty of decent sized logs and if you pay 2.50 more per bin they will stack your logs wherever you want them.

We have ordered from Arden Firewood a few times, each time happy with the logs provided, and had to order again late December 2022 as we had used more than usual. When we took delivery there was less wood than usuaul in the bins and it didn't look the best, having a green colour in places. When we came to use it, it struggled to light giving off heavy smoke and a really bad smell which makes us cough when it eventually burns. We text Ben to advise him of this and, to date, have received no acknowledment. We've owned a burner for a number of years and never experienced this, so googled the problem and found that it's a sign that the wood hasn't been kiln dried, or not dried enough. Because we have no choice but to use the wood, given the quantity and cost, we've now had to buy kiln dried wood from a supermarket to keep our fire going. The wood that is currently left is now greener and developing mould, so we're having to burn it as quickly as possible. Needless to say we are no longer using Arden Firewood. I would have left a zero star rating if I could, but was unable to post the review.
