        Dreadful having to climb up stairs to get to other side to get a ticket then up stairs again to other side ,why in gods name isn't there a ticket machine on the northbound side would make so much sense ridiculous especially those like me who have dodgy knees

        I just wanted to give a shout out to the young lady that works in the ticket office on Arlesey Station. She goes out of her way to give such good customer service, and with a smile. Thank you.

        Basic station which serves it's purpose with plenty of car parking on either side of the line. However be aware of the footbridge which is fairly high and has 2 flights of steps and is not particularly user friendly.
