i called this surgery bang on 8am regarding my mental health and that i need extra support and someone to talk to. i was waiting on the phone for 45 minutes until i got through to them to tell me there is no appointments. its taken me months to even pluck up the courage to ask for help and call the doctors and now i cant even be bothered to keep trying.

Every face to face appointment is cancelled by text that same morning - thats 3 in a row now! Dont bother. Use another surgery. This place causes me more stress and anxiety than anything else 1yr later FAO Practice Manager,. Here we are again 1 year later with the same problems? I have had TWO consecutive appointments moved, culminating in a THIRD message yesterday to say that my appointment has been cancelled without any explanation, and for me to call the surgery to rebook. Did it escape someones attention that I had called to book the original appointment? Aside from the constant anticipation and let down, my medication is blocked from repeat prescription until this appointment is fullfilled. This is pretty poor patient management by any standard. Please look into this asap and advise asap. Thank you. regards, (I am still waiting for a reply 3 weeks later)

Utterly rude receptionist encounter. Took an hour for them to answer and treated rudely.

I would give zero if I could! 1 hour and 45 minutes on hold with no answer! This is my 3rd day of trying and have to give up as need to go into a meeting and that hold music is sending me loopy! I just need more antibiotics which they told me I probably would need but now 5th day of running out and starting to feel like I did when I got them in the 1st place!
