I would not hesitate to recommend First Step and in particular Nick should anyone need to buy or sell a property. During our house move we experienced many a hiccup with the conveyancing but Nick managed to pull us through each one with what seemed like ease. We were especially grateful for the exceptional service as the process spanned my late pregnancy and arrival of our daughter. Nick is efficient, professional, genuine and kind. Should we move again, they will be our first and only call.

From start to finish, first step have been absolutely amazing at finding me a tenant. Kellie went above and beyond my expectations, she made my life so much easier. First Step handled absolutely everything so professionally but also with great, friendly energy. Everyone I dealt with was 5*! But special thanks to Kellie, she gets an extra star. Excellent estate agent who go above and beyond from listing to completion. We had a very challenging sale and Jules was fantastic in doing everything she could to support us. Without her persistence and determination, our move would have fallen through First Step prioritise clients in a way I havent ever experienced. Cannot recommend highly enough especially for a more complex move.

We were very impressed with the service we received from the staff at First Step. We sold our house with supposedly a highly experienced agency who frankly were very poor and unprofessional. First Step were very personable and responded to every question and arrangement we put on them. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Our house sale took place during a tricky financial period resulting in mortgage offers being withdrawn and increasing interest rates. Despite this, First Step worked hard to secure buyers and to keep us informed of the chains progress. They gave us a realistic perspective and went the extra mile to support eventual exchange and completion. I would particularly recommend them for Fairfield sales given some of the peculiarities regarding restrictions. Thank you to Nicola and Jules for your co-ordinated efforts.
