Gabe's Vegan Cakes

I found Gabes cakes via Facebook and Im so glad I did. Being vegetarian and gluten free makes it difficult to find beautiful desserts to enjoy and my wedding guests equally have trouble as we had many vegans, and some requiring no refined sugar. It seemed an impossible task to find an option that would suit everyone. However, Gabe prevailed! We ordered a number of cakes in total (including our beautiful wedding cake) and we couldnt have been happier. Not only were they works of art, decorated with hand made chocolate and edible flowers, but they were completely delicious!! Everyone at our wedding was so surprised and they all felt so included to know that they too could enjoy the dessert (when often they couldnt). The cake table was so beautiful and although we wondered if wed ordered too muchthey were completely demolished! Not only were the cakes wonderful, but so was Gabe. He always responded to my enquiries and provided exactly what I wanted. He went above and beyond to provide a really special wedding cake too! We loved it. I would strongly recommend booking Gabe, wether its a birthday, a wedding or just a weekend you need to treat yourself. We couldnt be happier and will definitely need to order again in future. We have ordered a vegan and gluten free cake with custom topping. Gabe was very precise with the customization and flexible with the delivery. It tasted soo good.

Heavenly magnificent raw, vegan and gluten free cakes. Ive tasted almost every variety all along and I cant really choose. Each of my favorite. If you like healthy and delicious food, then you have to taste them! You will love it.
