Great value accommodation for three of us staying to do Wainright Hills which was good to access the north western hills from here. I think accommodating four would be fine, another two in the bed /settee downstairs rather too cosy for me. House had most things to hand, however one tea towel and no chopping board in the kitchen???

We booked it via booking.com and I would say it is a small gem of place in west part of Lake District. Small holiday cottage with two rooms living area and bathroom. Nice mountain range through the front window and nice meadow through the back window. Very remote from busy Lake District and closest city is Keswick. If someone wants to true getaway into country side this is a ideal place.
