Further to Bens review below - the clutch that you had fitted has lasted less than 10k miles. It has been assessed by a trusted mechanic who diagnosed that the clutch was not fitted correctly. Furthermore, the brake calliper that the pads were replaced in by your mechanic were left loose and came away from the brake disc, which our mechanic advised could have locked the wheel up at any moment and killed anyone in the van. In addition to all of this, the drivers side wheel bearing has collapsed. The van has spent more time on recovery trucks and ramps than it has on the road, it would be quicker to list the items that havent been replaced rather than the ones that have. All that we have had from the dealer is asking for it to be recovered back to themselves , at our cost, for their mechanic to repair. Unfortunately we have absolutely no trust in their choice of mechanic and this is not a viable option. The icing on the cake is that the warranty provided with the van does not cover any of the many issues that have occurred in the

Stay well away from this company at all costs. After buying a 3 year old van at the start of may, it has been nothing but trouble. The van has been back on numerous occasions for DPF faults, has required a new clutch after less that 2k miles, a new drive shaft, diesel line burst and is currently broken down at the side of the M1 with a massive coolant leak and the front wheels unable to turn. Company have been contacted months ago and are unwilling to help after I spent 21k on this van. Avoid these cowboys like the plague.
