Tingley Balti House

Disgraceful service, ordered takeaway 6.15 pm, given a delivery time of 45 mins to 1 hour, no sign of food at 7.30 so phoned the restaurant, I was told it would be with us in 8 minutes, eventually arrived at 7.50pm, flat cold, loose squashed chips allover the place, curry container only half full. Complained to driver, said "sorry" messaged the restaurant but didn't get a response. 19.95 wasted. Read such good reviews as well. First and last time they'll get my money. I've decided to edit this review as I want to give credit to the owners kind and generous response. The acknowledgement of an issue speaks volumes to me. Maybe we did just pick a bad day, I have called him 5 times as he suggested however he is never there.

Ordered which arrived early but was absolutely shocking half chicken was actually a box of bones not edible at all and the sarcasm when complaining shows their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Wouldn't advise eating her whatsoever I certainly won't be!

Food was top draw, lovely little curry house, staff were really nice. They even had a picture on the wall of when Henry Winkler went in for a curry, which I forgot to ask the staff about. Parking: Lots of free parking
