        Absolutely terrible service. The staff gather round to talk about irrelevant things, so slow, their system is rubbish. I would go elsewhere if I could. Nothing is ever done correctly over the 15 years I've been using them. I wish they would be taken over.

        Staff frequently take the phone off the hook, compromising patient safety, although they deny doing so. Reported to the GPhC as the superintendents office have not taken previous concerns seriously, thus leaving no alternative.
