First time using the DIY Wash 'N' Go today. My rottie is very nervous of strangers so dog groomers are a no go. What an absolute live saver and gem this place is! They supply everything you need to wash your dog with ease. When we arrived the place was absolutely spotless, and smelt amazing. The shampoo smells great! So much easier than fighting with my fur baby in the bath Treats supplied too to reward your furr baby after their bath. Brilliant experience from start to finish. Will definitely be using this again! 100% recommend

It's fantastic that Bertie's salon is open as a DIY grooming. It was wonderful having a proper bath for our two girls. Lucy doesn't like being showered but Millie loves it. Everything was provided and I will definitely go again. Thank you Bertie's

Really pleased with Berties and would be happy to recommend to friends and family. They understand breed - specific cuts and always ensure our dog leaves happy, beautifully cut and smelling lovely. Theres on-site parking and the prices are reasonable and its lovely that profits go to help Rspca animals in need. A very professional groomers who Im sure have plenty of happy customers, animal and human alike! Thank you!
