I purchased some kaardean to cover the whole of my ground floor hallway /living room/dining room/kitchen initially I didnt want a border but changed my mind after a short time so called them to ask he to order one six weeks before it was due to be installed but they said it was too late to order it then .The morning it was due to be laid the fitter arrived and asked why I didnt want a border I told him it was too late when I decided but he told me it definitely wasnt and he could get me one for the next day and indeed he did .After spending a lot of money over the years at this place On my property and also a flat I own I wont be going there again as they obviously just couldnt be bothered

Customer service very poor, had phone put down on me when I wasnt happy with the carpet fit. Got charged a second fee for putting in right.

We used Carpet Mill for our new build home and are absolutely delighted with the work done. Dealt with three different people in store, all were helpful and friendly. Our quote was much cheaper than another place we looked. Fitters came on separate days to fit vinyl downstairs and carpet upstairs, both pieces of work look fantastic! Thank you.
