Had my hair highlighted a few months ago and really wasnt happy with the results. I've since been to other hairdressers who have confirmed that they were poorly applied and underdeveloped. When I arrived for my appointment I was left to wait for 40 minutes and this may explain why? I contacted the Salon to complain at the time and was asked to come back in so they could rectify. I wasn't able to do this due to work commitments and holiday and didn't feel particularly happy to do so givn this poor experience. I think I should have been offered a refund, at least for the highlighting. I've since found a much better salon locally.

Ellie is great. Always does my hair exactly how I've asked and always love the results. The hairdressers itself is a little pricey but you get what you pay for. All the staff are lovely and welcoming and there's always a lovely chilled atmosphere. She also cuts my daughters hair and she's great with her.

Ive only just starting to go to David Charles and not sure why it took me so long to go. A lady called Caroline greeted me with the most amazing smile which then led to the most amazing service. I would recommend both David Charles but also Caroline to anyone, I absolutely love going and have already booked in my next 2 appointments. Thank you for the amazing greeting, service and being so lovely to me. I feel like the old me again after not getting my hair done for a long time - thank you so much for everything especially to Caroline and also big thank you to Kelly who has also been doing my hair and is really kind like Caroline but also taken the time to talk to me and help with treating my fine hair - thank you both so much and also to a brill hair salon - Angie Middleton xxx Services: Hair coloring, Hairstyling

Had a great morning at David Charles with hair stylist Kelly she was so enthusiastic about cutting my hair in the style I actually wanted and she achieved it 100%... absolutely love it thank you Kelly... will be back Tuesday for my colour .. Highly recommend this Salon.
