I wish I could give a 1 star. Lie after lie from him about submitting plans and blaming the council for delays when they'd not even been submitted. Took over 6 months and they still weren't in so I asked for a refund. He then submitted part of the plans but not enough to validate them, so he refused my refund as he'd submitted the plans. When I spoke to the council they refunded me the planning fee and he kept giving excuses to not refund me the rest. I gave him a final date for the remaining refund before I reported him to trading standards. He finally refunded. Sadly I know of someone else that he did the same to and messed them about even longer than me.

Dishonest, unreliable and unprofessional Always had an excuse for delay after delay Always promised the planning application would be submitted the following week...after 8 months from instructing, still no valid application registered with Leeds city council Neil lied on several occasions that he had submitted the application in October and November 2019 I will also be taking legal action as per fellow reviewer Mr Bassman DONT USE NB ASSOCIATES
