From the moment I contacted him, I felt he was friendly and professional, and he went ahead and booked in the survey promptly. The report Neil sent back (both email and hard copy) was very thorough, with clear photos and descriptions provided on any issues identified. He even rang us up and talked through the whole report for us. I would highly recommend his services.
