Last Saturday 08.55 am I was charged for someone fuel by mistake, and when I asked for the refund i was abused by a member of the staff...staff have no maners or education towards the customers not a good experience

After a long travelling on the ferry with a pet, we stopped at this petrol station (as weve done before but never again) to let the dog out for a few minutes, when my partner get crossed with one of the rudest staff member on this planet, while I was reversing with my car to get some fuel. He had been told that dogs are not allowed walking here. When my partner sat in the car and told me what happened, I stormed in to shop to get explanation whats matter with this world. I asked the man behind the till where is the sign? And he turned to me saying that he can call the police to make me sure it is not allowed. Never ever experienced such a thing at any petrol stations at any countries which I had to cross. That man has no humanity and has no respect for animals.

Absolute fantastic to see this bp garage been 10p cheaper than Tesco in Clacton today!! Absolute fantastic see put 10 quid at Tesco and came here as e passed and filled the tank of the truck defo requemend,
