        I have been waited half year for refund deposit. It s 200 , for 2 bookings. Email them many times, they said they will refund while I m in hospital, ermergency room and had surgeron. BUT NO REFUND TILL NOW. I m from Vietnam, and I dont think UK has a lot of scammers like this company. DISGUSTING!

        I have been trying to get my deposit back from Towers for months,Ive emailed their official email so many times with no response. I have called Head Office almost daily and while they are polite on the phone,nothing actually gets done.They said that they would get back to me via email.They have not. The Facebook and Instagram handles merely tell me to contact Head Office.
