        The gym has an atmosphere of a 'gym family' where everyone supports each other with dedicated trainers. I've gained improved confidence, fitness levels and general feeling of well-being. The Engine House is a safe place - and no matter where you are on your fitness journey, no-one judges you and you are well supported by everyone in a gym which can caters for all.

        Great Gym, recently guided me to a kettlebell press PB and there seems to be some potential to get better again with a bit more training. Lotsa kettlebells and other gear all along the walls.
