My daughter goes here and loves it. All the staff are lovely and we are kept well up to date of my girls progression and daily goings on at the setting

Our son attends this amazing setting, and he loves it. He comes out of the setting asking when hes next going back to play. All the staff are wonderful with the parents and the children. Our family dynamic is a little different to others too, where our son has a Mummy and a Mama which the staff have all been incredible at remembering either myself or my wifes name in which our son calls us. The observations which have been carried out have been so informative as well as incredibly detailed as we know what areas of learning are being portrayed in the observations. Furthermore his speech has come on leaps and bounds! Thank you to all the staff for their amazing work!

My daughter has been going to this nursery for nearly 2 years now and she loves it. I wouldnt (and dont) trust anyone else to look after her they are just brilliant and she always comes out smiling. She has hot lunches which she loves and I love because it gives her a good variety of different foods. The ad hoc care is a real bonus for me as my husband and I are both shift workers which means our hours can change. The staff are always there to help and advise if needed. Really friendly team.

Oscar has been going to kiddie capers childcare for nearly a year now and he loves every minute he is there, we get regular updates through the day of what snacks theyve had whether theyve visited the toilet and when/how much theyve eaten at lunch time, also regular updates/photos of what theyve been up to whether it be playing outside learning new things! Oscar is always so happy to arrive at the nursery doors and always so happy to see all of the staff, he chats for ages at pickup to me about his day and what his been doing with all his friends! I couldnt be happier with kiddie kappers childcare! I have also personally had some billing issues with Oscars funding and Sarah and the team were extremely helpful to me with helping sort the problems! The staff are so friendly and so helpful I wouldnt go to another nursery, and Ill certainly be putting my little girl in when the time comes! Thank you kiddie kappers! Having experienced two other local nursery settings with our two girls over the last 7 years we have no hesitation in recommending Kiddie Capers, Ardingly setting. Our 3 year old daughter has been coming here for 6 months and really enjoys it. The location itself allows for easy drop off and pick up as there is plenty of parking right outside. The cloakroom areas are well organised and encourage the children to recognise and look after their belongings. Great artwork collection point! Self check in and out tablet and a notice board with updates on daily activities and important information. Lovely mix of friendly staff. Great rapport with the children and communication at handovers. Activities are fun and prepare children well to be confident, independent and school ready. Lots of getting outside in the fresh air whatever the weather and a great safe environment to explore. Encourages connections with the local community with harvest festival donations, walks to village park, bakery. A library book comes home each week. Easy to use booking app and invoicing. The app has a chat function which is handy and the staff share a summary of the day with pictures which is so lovely to look at together. So pleased to recommend.
