        Terrible service from Handcross surgery. They never answer their phones, never return calls and cancel appointments at very short notice. Extremely unimpressed

        I have attended the dentist this Saturday, paid for the filling and the filling fell off on Tuesday. Paying for the filling which stays only for three days is very unprofessional. I got no feedback about this from the employees at dentistry when I came in and explained whats happened. Just no reaction at all as if it is normal for the paid filling to last for a couple of days. Awful experience and service. Im very disappointed

        Its only when you come across a really good dentist do you realise what a difference there can be. I feel really lucky to be a patient of the Handcross practice the whole team are very friendly, professional and understanding.

        Phone system has been purposely set up so that you cant actually call them, the mailboxes are full and the phone directory puts you in to a never ending loop.
