Purchased a inflatable snowman but unfortunately there was no power adapter in the box contacted Leisuregrow in accordance with the information supplied to be told that as I purchased it in the sale they would have to charge me 12 to provide the missing part. I declined and will return to the store for them to deal with. Really poor service and its evident I didn't purchase the item at a reduced price because of a missing item thr bag with parts in the box is still sealed.

Contacted customer service about which company stocked a particular product and they basically said to Google it. A totally disinterested and lackadaisical way to treat any enquiry these days.

We had an issue with our garden furniture, I couldn't go back to where we purchased it from as the garden centre had closed down. I emailed Leisuregrow, and despite a few delays we have received a replacement item. Exceptional customer service, they went the extra mile, very pleased. @Angie Renwick Aluminium can be welded, just find a local welding shop and I'm sure they could repair it for you, yes the frames are thin, but they can be repaired. I work for a removal company and a cast ally bench got broken during the storms the other year, our local welder did an excellent job repairing it, and cast ally is harder to weld than extruded.

I spent 4000 on garden furniture. I have looked after it like a baby. The cushions and frames are still perfect. However, due to bad welding? Design failure all the seats have broken, Leisure grow do not offer any help as it is over 4years old and it cannot be welderd as it is aluminium... so scrap!
