Needed a whole new bathroom and Chris from Actual Property Services came round to provide a rough quote which came out very reasonably compared to others. He also assisted in finding the right items we wanted to have installed and was very good at keeping in contact and getting back to me. Himself and his colleague Andre completed the works together to a high standard, thanks for all your help Chris.

Contacted them about a job - sent photos on WhatsApp and was told that theyd get back to me with a quote. Despite asking for an update after a week, they never replied and left me rushing around to try and find someone else to help.

Absolutely love the new kitchen - thanks to Chris for all your hard work. Chris handled all the deliveries and ordering which meant the whole process was completely stress free for me. I have had compliments from all my family and friends who have come over to see it. Would recommend (and have already!)

i requested Chris carry out some remedial work for our company to enable us to obtain an EICR certificate. He carried out the work as agreed and provided feedback along the way. I would recommend him , and his company.

I contacted Actual Property Services when i was looking at a new kitchen, i was very pleased from the first visit. They assisted in arranging a designer from Howdens to plan the kitchen aswell as fitting the kitchen, tiling, flooring, changing sockets, new lighting and installing new appliances. Would highly recommend.
