My cat Simba loved his stay at Firs! His pen was very spacious with an indoor and outdoor space, Simba even had a view over the country side! The owners are very caring. I definitely would recommend this place and Simba will definitely be back!

After booking then sadly having to cancel ( with 3 months notice I might add) I was told in no uncertain terms that my deposit was non refundable...even though there are NO T&C's on their Web page and I had no email or message or confirmation of the booking details, so stated absolutely nowhere that I was not entitled to a refund, all I can say, is that if you must use this cattery/ kennals, you insist on some written confirmation of deposit, it took phone calls and eventually a message too say I would take to a small claims court unless deposit was refunded, and even then it was only partial due too apparent administrative costs...my advice, spend a few more pounds and go elsewhere, and save yourself the hassle! Don't take my word for it, read the other reviews.

I am afraid I cannot recommend this Kennels. Our experience, sadly, has been that the owners are rude and unwelcoming. We were told to ensure our dog had a specific kennel cough vaccine - which we happily did. On arrival to drop off our dog (24 hours before our flight), we were told actually we needed a different vaccine and they would no longer accept him. This was after a dressing down over our dog being a bigger Cocker Spaniel than anticipated and questioning on his breed?! Mistakes happen - life moves on and we are understanding people, but customer service goes a long way and we have unfortunately had an unpleasant experience that we would wish for others to avoid. It is stressful enough when you're leaving your dog somewhere new, even more stressful when you are now tasked with finding an alternative solution less than 24 hours before you leave the country. I cannot comment on the facilities or how the dogs are cared for as we haven't experienced this, but personally I would never be able to book this Kennels in good confidence again.
