My experience has been very positive. I have had long-term issues with my neck muscles for which Peter has helped improved immensely through exercises and invaluable advice. He gave me confidence that my issues were not serious and all treatable and now I have much more flexible movement when rotating my neck and I've felt a lot less resistance and a lot less aching and pains, especially when it came to headaches.

Booked in to see Jane Greenshields today for a low back maintenance session due to needing help with pressure on sciatic nerve. After the skilled work Jane carried out on my back, hip, pelvis and musculature I am pleased to say I'm feeling much more comfortable and flexible already. Thanks again Jane. I'll be back shortly for a follow-up to top up the good work done so far.
