The sessions themselves are so relaxing and Rakhi takes a really holistic approach that has helped with my overall mindset and wellbeing too. She personalises her approach for what you need and is just a very supportive person that has gone beyond what I expected when I went for my first session.

I contacted Rakhi when I was at a very low point, I felt so many blockages and couldn't see how things would improve. Rakhi recommended a combination of reflexology with reiki and crystal healing. After just my first session I felt a great sense of calm and peace. I didn't know how but I just felt that everything was going to be okay. My husband even noticed a difference in me after my first session. I always felt uplifted and positive after my sessions. Rakhi always understood where I was coming from and very supportive and quick to offer great coping techniques. Rakhi's soothing voice is very calming and I always felt relaxed and enjoyed her meditations.
