        Giving a bad review because of the cancellation policy - my brother and I were due to go on a course but he had to go into hospital for emergency surgery a week before and so couldn't go. We asked to change our booking to a different date but WW refused and said they need eight weeks'(!) notice to change a booking. Just really inflexible and no consideration that sometimes peoples' plans change through no fault of their own. My brother and I will now miss out as we don't have a spare 200+ just lying around to be able to book a different date

        Super helpful - called them multiple times over 2 days to ask for advice on some special tools for my wife's 30th. They were patient, helpful and friendly each time and gave genuine advice without pressuring any sales which meant I wanted to purchase my order with them. Thanks Patrick & crew at Woodland Ways.
