Help and the suppliers say there is nothing wrong with there tray.
Do not use this tray anti slip does not work . Tray is fragile

Their products are really great quality and their stock holdings are plentiful.
Tissino are one of my regular suppliers and I chose to use their products in my own home.

The samples are great but the actual trays are nothing like the samples. They are fully aware and agree with this but continue to mislead. Do not trust them. Trading Standards have been made aware. Reply to Tissino's response: You refused to talk to me - told me to talk to the retailer. I understand you only changed your advertising material after Trading Standards were involved. You are still sending out samples that are nothing like the actual trays. I will be taking this further
