Blue Machinery (Spares) Ltd

I have a terex pegson crusher in very poor shape and was dreading getting spares for it or help with it, until Richard ,the spares manager at blue spares Scotland got in touch with me he has helped me with getting bits and diagnosing problems. We ordered a small metal part and it turned up in a box at least 20 times bigger than it needed to be and marked fragile. It was also stuffed with plastic air filled bags to fill up the gaps. It could have easily been sent in a jiffy bag to save on packaging. Not an environmentally conscious company in my opinion.

I spoke with an incredibly professional and knowledgeable parts manager in Blue spares Scotland. I have been to other spares providers previously who were incapable of diagnosing my issues, however the spares team at Blue really know everything, across all brands of machinery. Not only can they ensure the correct parts are supplied, they have very competitive prices and really go above and beyond to ensure downtime is kept to a minimum. There is no other company I would order from now, as since working with them, I havent needed to explain to my bosses why parts have been incorrect or delayed. Most knowledgeable parts business in the business!!
