Love my new spin bike! Got the handle stuck in the bolt when setting up but emailed customer service, Richard replied the next day advising he will send out another part out. It arrived the next day and all working as expected. Thank you Richard! Excellent customer service and good quality gym kit.

I would like to echo what others have said about UK Fitness. Their customer service is superb. I called to enquire about a spin bike. Helpful on the phone so I placed an order straight away. Ordered a great bike at a great price on the Monday and it was hand delivered and set up on the Wednesday. Kept in touch with me throughout. Minor issue with the lcd display which was no fault of uk Fitness but was resolved immediately. Brilliant customer service. Highly recommend these guys!

Placed an order via the website as cheaper than the same product on other market places. Arrived quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately there was a slight problem with the product however this was resolved quickly and easily with minimal inconvenience to me. Very easy to contact by phone - returned calls promptly.

I bought a weights bench and it's excellent value for money, very sturdy, well made with good balance and it folds too. I've used the bench a couple of times and it is quite versatile and can take a decent amount of weight. Personally I think that the bench is a lot better quality than what you would get from other places and it's easy as good as any other bench around the price mark of a few hundred pounds. Excellent customer service and direct quick delivery.
